Pallet Stacker

Pallet stacker refer to various wheeled handling vehicles that load, unload, stack and transport pallet goods in short distance. ISO/TC110 is called industrial vehicle.

Pallet stacker are widely used in factory workshops, warehouses, circulation centers and distribution centers, ports, stations, airports, freight yards, etc., and can enter cabins, carriages and containers for loading, unloading and handling of pallet goods. It is an indispensable equipment for pallet transportation and container transportation.

There are different classifications according to different products：

1. Pallet type stacker truck, with bottom legs in front of the stacker truck, is suitable for loading and unloading of goods with single side pallet or without pallet according to the national standard. It is characterized by low price.

2. Wide straddle leg stacker : the front bottom leg of stacker truck is wider, and the general internal width is 550/680mm. The wide outrigger can reach 1200/1500mm. It can load and unload double-sided pallets (the length of double-sided pallets is less than the internal width, which is limited to it). With the advantages of moderate price, it can meet the requirements of double-sided pallets or some special goods.

3. The counterweight stacker has no bottom legs in front of it. The counterweight is added behind the stacker truck. The fork can tilt forward and backward appropriately to ensure the levelness after shoveling. Advantages: wide application, similar to the traditional internal combustion forklift; Disadvantages: The whole vehicle is too heavy and too long, with high requirements for passage distance and high price.

4. The reach stacker is basically similar to the counterweight truck, without front bottom legs and counterweights. The difference is that the fork of the truck can move a certain distance back and forward from the gantry, usually 560mm. In this way, the length of the stacker truck can be reduced appropriately, and the requirements for the passage can be alleviated. The price of the balanced weight stacker truck is similar.

5. The stainless steel stacker is made of stainless steel, which is suitable for places with high requirements on environmental sanitation, such as food, medicine, etc., with a slightly higher price.

6. The anti riot stacker is a special vehicle with mandatory production license requirements. It is applicable to places with high safety requirements, high price and high technical requirements. The anti riot stacker truck has anti riot grade identification.

7. Side shift stacker truck. The fork of the stacker truck is installed on the side for loading and unloading, mainly to solve the situation where the channel is too small. The general production mode of the truck is to add side shift accessories, but the formal production mode is to integrate side shift fork. The author has seen similar models at the German exhibition, with a price of 1 million dollars.

8. The single column stacker truck is changed into the single pole lifting under the traditional lifting form of the portal frame, so that the lifting speed is not limited by the parallel of both sides, and the speed is stable and uniform. The general driving mode is also changed from the chain type to the belt type to make it rise and fall evenly.

The above models are commonly used in the market. Of course, there are many categories of stacker cars, especially some non-standard stacker cars, which are various and will not be listed one by one. But generally speaking, the typical categories are the above models, which are quite different. Other non-standard stacker cars are generally based on the above models, and it is OK to modify different parts for special use.
