  • Q1: Can I use high-pressure water jets to clean this 304 stainless steel truck?

    A1: The stainless steel body resists rust very well. However, the electronics and handle are not fully waterproof. Do not use high-pressure water jets. Instead, wipe the handle with a dry or damp cloth, and wash the body with low-pressure water.

  • Q2: Why is this truck only for single-sided pallets? What happens if I use double-sided ones?

    A2: The load wheels are inside the fork tips. They must touch the floor to lift the pallet. If you use a double-sided pallet, the wheels will push against the bottom boards. This will break the wood and fail to lift the load safely.

  • Q3: Does the lithium battery work well in cold storage?

    A3: Yes, the lithium battery works great in cold temperatures. It performs much better than traditional lead-acid batteries. However, you should never charge it in the cold. Always remove the battery and charge it at normal room temperature.

  • Q4: Do my workers need a forklift license to use this pallet truck?

    A4: In most places, no formal forklift license is needed. The operator simply walks behind the truck. However, you must still provide basic safety training. Workers must know how to use the controls and safety features before operating it.

  • Q5: Is the 5% loaded gradeability enough for standard loading dock ramps?

    A5: It is enough for slight inclines and smooth warehouse floors. However, many loading dock ramps are steeper than 5%. Always check the ramp angle before moving heavy loads over it to ensure safety.
