SINOLIFT fully equipped workshop in Shanghai is staffed by skilled and experienced staff who are able to provide high standards of refurbishment as well as major overhauls and any general offsite repairs.
In addition to SINOLIFT workshop personnel we also have a team of experienced mobile engineers who provide an onsite repair and breakdown service supporting both the machines we sell and also customers own machines, we offer a fast efficient service and try to respond within a couple of hours to any breakdowns thus keeping downtime to the customer to a minimum., should for any reason a replacement truck be needed we have a modern up to date short term rental fleet to cover the period of repair.

Warranty
Warranty: The whole Sinolift forklift truck have 12 month warranty, during the warranty period, if anything wrong with the forklift, you just need to send us photos and description, we will send free parts to you . Warranty starts from first delivery date .
