As the traditional Chinese New Year approaches, the festive atmosphere is filling the streets. However, for the SINOLIFT family, the celebration began early this year. We recently concluded our annual year-end gala and team-building retreat. It was a time of joy, reflection, and deep bonding. The event took place at the beautiful Jiulongshan Resort Hotel in Zhejiang Province.

One of the most exciting games was the “SINOLIFT Product Catalog Puzzle.” This game tested our knowledge of our own products. Team members had to race against the clock. They had to assemble puzzles featuring images of our equipment. We saw images of our Diesel Forklifts and Electric Forklifts. We saw the familiar logos of our engine partners like NISSAN, ISUZU, and CUMMINS. This game was fun, but it also reminded us of the quality of our machines.

Another crowd favorite was the “Egg Relay.” In this game, employees had to pass a raw egg using chopsticks. This required steady hands and patience. It was very intense. The room was filled with laughter and cheering. The winners of these games received wonderful prizes. But the real prize was the interaction. Colleagues from different departments worked together. This built a strong sense of unity.

A Grand Finale: Dancing with One Heart

The climax of the evening was the group performance. For weeks before the trip, the entire staff had been rehearsing. We prepared a festive group dance.

When the music started, everyone moved in sync. It was a joyful sight. It symbolized our company spirit. Just like in a dance, a company needs coordination. Everyone has a role. When we move together, we create something beautiful. The dance ended with a loud cheer. It was the perfect way to end the official ceremony. It marked a perfect full stop to our work in 2025.

Relaxation and Nature

The next day was dedicated to pure relaxation. The team enjoyed a magnificent seafood feast. We tasted the freshest catches from the local ocean. We sat by the water and felt the sea breeze. It was a well-deserved break.

In the afternoon, we organized an outdoor activity. The entire SINOLIFT staff went to the nearby Waipu Island. We went hiking together.

Hiking is a lot like business. It requires effort. Sometimes the path is steep. But if you keep walking, you reach the top. On Waipu Island, we walked side by side. We helped each other over rough patches. We took photos of the beautiful scenery. This trip deepened our emotional connections. We returned feeling refreshed and closer to one another.

As we return to our offices, we carry this energy with us. The annual meeting is over, but the spirit remains.
