Features

DF Heavy Duty Hydraulic Hand Pallet Trucks – Ergonomic & Durable Solution for Material Handling

DF heavy-duty hydraulic hand pallet trucks are designed for efficient short-distance material handling in warehouses, shop floors, and tight transport spaces. Built from high-strength steel, the robust frame ensures long-lasting durability, while reinforced forks support heavier loads with ease. Featuring an ergonomic, large rubber handle, the pallet truck offers a comfortable grip and effortless operation.

The 185-degree steering arc allows for smooth and precise maneuvering in narrow areas. A three-position control lever enables quick selection between lifting, neutral, and lowering modes. The integrated speed-lowering valve allows users to control the descent rate safely. Equipped with a one-piece welded pump, the hydraulic system is oil-resistant and includes a high-pressure relief valve to protect against overload.

For added convenience, forkless entry and exit rollers simplify loading and unloading pallets. Custom fork lengths can be manufactured based on specific client needs, making the DF pallet truck a versatile and reliable solution for various industrial applications.

FAQ

  • How do I properly operate a hand pallet truck?

To properly operate a hand pallet truck, first, ensure the control lever is in the neutral position. Approach the pallet squarely and insert the forks fully into the pallet openings. Move the lever to the "down" (or pump) position and pump the handle to lift the load off the floor. Once the load is clear, return the lever to neutral for maneuvering. To lower the load, pull and hold the lever in the "up" position. Always operate at a controllable speed and avoid sudden stops.
  • What are the basic steps for lifting and lowering a pallet?

Lifting: With the forks inserted and the control lever in the "down" position, pump the handle until the pallet is raised clear of the floor. Lowering: With the pallet at the desired location and the truck stopped, pull and hold the control lever in the "up" position to lower the forks and load to the ground.
  • How do I check and add hydraulic fluid to a hand pallet truck?

Lower the forks completely. Locate the hydraulic reservoir cap or screw, usually near the pump. Clean the area around the cap before opening it to prevent contamination. Remove the cap/screw and check the fluid level. Add the recommended hydraulic fluid using a funnel until it reaches the proper level (usually specified in the manual, often to the bottom of the filler opening). Replace the cap/screw securely.
  • How do I bleed air from the hydraulic system of a hand pallet truck?

With the forks unloaded and fully lowered, repeatedly pump the handle through its full stroke (15-20 times is often recommended). This helps circulate the fluid and expel trapped air. Some models may have a bleed valve that can be opened briefly while pumping.
  • Where can I find replacement parts for my hand pallet truck?

You can find replacement parts for your hand pallet truck through the manufacturer, authorized dealers, material handling equipment suppliers, or online retailers specializing in pallet jack parts. Having the make, model, and serial number of your truck will help in your search. For expert assistance, you may also consult SINOLIFT's professional advisors.

Optional Extras

Nylon

Nylon
Choose nylon pallet truck steer wheels for low rolling resistance, long life, and cost-effectiveness. Ideal for smooth surfaces and light to medium-duty applications.

Polyurethane
Choose polyurethane treaded pallet truck steer wheels for quiet operation, excellent grip, and resistance to wear. Suitable for indoor use on smooth or slightly uneven surfaces.

Steel
Choose steel steer wheels for durability in harsh working environments, such as metalworking areas or heavy-duty industrial settings. They are resistant to impact and can handle heavy loads.

Rubber
Choose solid rubber treaded steer wheels for quiet operation and smooth rolling over uneven or rough surfaces. They provide excellent shock absorption and are ideal for environments where floor protection is a priority.

Tiller

Choose a tiller that suits your habits and preferences

Adjustable Fork

The adjustable fork enables stepless width/length adjustment, allowing one pallet truck to handle all pallet types effortlessly. Eliminating the need for multiple equipment, it significantly improves mixed-pallet handling efficiency and precision – an intelligent solution for modern logistics.

Backrest

This option provides additional protection when transporting lightweight or slippery loads. The sturdy backrest design effectively prevents cargo from tipping or sliding backward, and straps can be used for added security when needed. The foldable feature ensures unimpeded operation when empty, making it an ideal accessory for enhanced stability and efficiency in material handling.

Foot Brake

The foot brake option is a rear-wheel-mounted braking device that provides instant locking through pedal operation. When the pallet truck comes to a stop, simply stepping on the pedal activates the brake, effectively preventing load shifting or unintended vehicle movement. This eliminates risks of cargo damage and enhances operator safety during material handling operations.

Hand Brake

The hand brake option provides secure stopping control for slopes and inclines, preventing unintended rolling to protect both operator and cargo. Its ergonomic lever enables quick, one-handed operation for reliable braking when needed. This safety-focused upgrade is ideal for warehouses, ramps, or uneven surfaces.

Nose Pallet Truck

This option is specifically engineered for dense stacking operations. Its unique set-back fork design enables precise single-pallet handling. The special clearance between fork tips and front rollers ensures individual pallet pickup, allowing tight inline positioning – perfect for high-density warehousing, production line logistics and other applications requiring exact stacking accuracy.
