Thailand customer feedback: peanut hydraulic drum lifter

Half a month ago, Thailand customer had received the peanut barrel tilters that we sent to Thailand. This customized electric drum dumper was put into production soon. We were very proud to see the pictures in use sent by the customer. Because we witnessed that a drum handling equipment was from drawing to final production and used in real life.

Two days ago, sales manager Anna received another email from Thailand customer. The customer said that they still need to order another drum lifter like this, but they encountered some problems in the production process. He hoped we can improve it. In response to several questions sent by customers, the sales manager Anna immediately summarized the questions and discussed them with the engineer. For example: the chain equipped with the fixture is not long enough, the customer requests to lengthen it and bring an extra spare; the driving wheel occasionally slips on the ground of the customer’s factory, and requires workers to assist in moving forward, so it needs to be replaced with a non-slip driving wheel; The customer wants the circled part to have a larger angle; The olecranon doesn’t need to be welded on the attachment, the customer will weld it by himself.

On the one hand, we are sorry for the predicament encountered by the customer. On the other hand, we are very grateful to the customer for giving us another opportunity to make technical improvements. It is the luck of SINOLIFT to meet such a customer.
